CHOCOLATE RAW BARS

Serves 4

Ingredients of the base:

12 fresh dates

75 g gluten-free oats

20g desiccated grated coconut

3 tbsp raw cocoa powder

1 tsp coconut oil

Some water if needed

Frill Intense Chocolate or Frill Bursting Berries to garnish

 

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a food processor to a dough.
  • Squeeze the dough on a baking sheet placed over a flat mould
  • Spread a layer of ice cream on top.
  • Eat them straight away!
